Directions: Take two antioxidant tablets daily with 8 oz of water (1 month supply). There are all natural fat soluble supplements in this proprietary formula, it is advised that you take this with a meal. If you are taking the Anti-age/Energy formula, the Antioxidant formula and the Multivitamin formula, (our recommendation) we suggest taking the supplements as follows:

Antioxidants counteract the effects of reactive oxygen metabolites (ROM). The primary source of these damaging radicals is our own bodies! During the process of energy production (done in the mitochondria) one byproduct is ROM. Our body makes 7,000,000,000,000 ROM per second (seven trillion!). However, the body's design is truly miraculous because we were given enzymes to protect ourselves. Unfortunately these enzymes decline with age.

All natural products are used whenever possible (certain compounds are not found in natural plant products and can only be supplemented from synthesized ingredients). The minerals used are chelated with amino acids which significantly enhances absorption and aids in bioavailability.
